Nice kitchen but no table or chairs do these would be a nice addition. Maybe blinds as the windows are over the road and a bench that lots of smokers used. Really appreciated being able to extend check out, thank you.

Clean modern apartment.  Close to tram , metro and supermarket. Everything you need in kitchen was there. However our apartment was next door to a butchers and the noise and smell was off putting.  The fridge was very noisy  and the shower entrance very small. Only one small pillow and towel each. The apartment is nice but lacked comfort. The ad also said aircon but there was none.

The whole staff team was exchanged between booking (March) and our arrival (May). Scanning through our booking, we found three different contact numbers, and upon calling them, we were informed that they would no longer be working there. The confirmation message we received stated that we would be welcomed by staff upon arrival, but the entry was just an inconspicuous door with a code lock on it. So at 10 pm, we were standing in front of a closed door in a dodgy neighbourhood, worried that we weren't going to find a place to sleep that night. Fortunately, one of the former employees was able to help us out. In the apartment, there were no instructions on how to log into the WIFI or any information about Vienna or the area. The shower doors were unhinged (fixed after 3 days by the janitor), the windows could only be shut by force, and the mattress was stained. There was no TV as advertised, there wasn't enough toilet paper, and the curtains weren't properly hung. All in all, quite disappointing, but at least the water pressure was good.

Vienna is great but this place is definitely not

When we arrived, the floor of the room was very dirty. Also the table of the kitchen was dirty. When I needed to use the plates and things of kitchen, I needed to clean them because also they were dirty. It’s truth that she offered us to come in the next day to clean it. But it’s not comfortable just for two night, to spend the first one in a dirty room.
