Stayed in the at the Hirsch Hotel two nights with wife and 22 y/o granddaughter. I’ve traveled extensively in Germany, and this hotel is really nice. Clean, comfortable, cozy rooms, same for bathrooms. For a tourist town the nightly rate as very reasonable. On a main road, so yes, there is some street noise during the day, but it quiets down early evening. Hotel itself is very comfortable outside the guest rooms. Great restaurant. Meals are great. Breakfast included in price, and what a superb breakfast layout. All locally prepared or procured foods, and lots of it! Puts the crappy breakfasts at most American hotels, even good ones, to shame. Really s**t, frankly, in comparison to. Lunches and especially dinners are are all superb and reasonably priced, again, for a major tourist town. The hotel itself is absolutely quiet. Never heard around between rooms. Most strongly recommend this facility!
