Kaisers Tanne - Premium Alles Inklusive Hotel

This hotel just works. Although it might initially seem like they are all about the rule, in fact they are all about making it work for their guests… and we were made most welcome along with our spaniel. The staff, led by the very friendly and helpful owner, Edgar, work together as a great team consistently delivery lovely food and organising things with an effective, quiet efficiency. The location is perfect for some delightful walks and they even provided poo bags and a bin to help things feel relaxed when we took our dog for many enjoyable walks. The food is excellent, especially the astonishing buffet of starters in the evenings and for breakfast every morning. Having a dog meant that we had to eat our breakfast in a different room but this was no pro and the staff looked after us wherever we were. Our room was spacious with lots of storage space…. which was really helpful. We had a room at the side so could see the nearby road which is quite fast so you could hear it but it didn’t bother us. Having EV charging was a real bonus and Edgar was really helpful because he enabled me to connect my car when my cable was not sufficiently powerful - thank you Edgar.
