Again stayed for just one night. I think it was a small hotel. Didnt like it much. No ac. I think I was on the first floor. The double bed was actually two single beds joined together. Not good sleep.

As part of europe trip

First of all sorry for the englisch review, but my german is not good enough.
This review is about Hotel Residenz, Freisingerstrasse 40 Ismaning, and not about any other hotel owned by the Schmidramsl-family.

Let me start by saying that I have never seen a 3-star hotel that has no 24-hour reception, that doesn't serve breakfast in the weekend or that has no reception in the weekend.
The owners smoke in the hotel and that for a hotel that claims to have non-smoker rooms.
The service is not worthy of a 3-star hotel, I found garbage in the dustbins in my room. To specify this, it even was garbage I left there after I stayed in the same room 2 weeks before.
There is a nice notice in the badroom that tells you that towels on the rack will not be changed, but towels on the floor will be replaced. The several times I left my towels on the floor to be changed, I found my towels not be changed but still there on the floor. 
The hotel looks very nice, but if you stay there for a little way, as I did (almost 3 months in total), you notice that they fail to be a actual 3-star hotel with the service that is to be expected from a 3-star hotel.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
