An excellent hotel with helpful staff members and wonderful service. A beautiful place to stay and a fantastic location to the restaurants and the beaches

Perfect 5 day holiday. Accommodation was very clean and food was amazing with a good choice every night. Staff were very welcoming, especially Javi. Will definitely recommend and would come back. I was worried about sunbeds after reading reviews but hot one every day.

A perfect, relaxing holiday in a great location for the beach. The garden room we stayed in had a real Wow factor. It was a large, stylish room with a free standing bath in our bedroom and 2 sets of patio doors leading out to the garden where there were 2 sunbeds,2 comfortable chairs, a hanging chair and dining table and chairs. Great for sunbathing and sitting in the garden after our evening meal. The room was spotlessly clean. The view from the restaurant was in my opinion the best in Cala Dor as you could watch the sunset while having your evening meal. Javier provided excellent service at breakfast and dinner. The food was beautiful. The hotel has a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere. The bar in the evening served fantastic cocktails which we enjoyed while watching the entertainment. The management should be commended for how efficiently every area in this hotel is run. We can't wait to come back.

We had a fabulous stay . Staff nice , rooms nice we had a room overlooking the pool. Pool bar nice with pleasant waiters.
if you ask for anything the staff quite happily get it for you . Will definitely return

We stayed for five nights, which was everything we hoped for in a peaceful, adults-only escape.
The staff were welcoming and always ready to help.
We had private pool access, and this was a dream. The pool area was fabulous, and I never struggled to get a lounger.
The bar served excellent cocktails, and the adults-only vibe gave it more of a lounge feel than a noisy beach bar.

Our room was spotless and stylish, with a balcony overlooking the private pool—the swing chair was a nice extra touch.

The food was lovely and fresh, and it was always something you could eat; however, we enjoyed trying different restaurants when we were away, so that was what we did most nights.

We would definitely come back.

Had an amazing 2 week break in July with my family, including two 17 year olds. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, with a private garden. Really did have the wow factor and a lovely place to relax in the garden if you wanted a break from the pool area or beach.
Lovely warm pool and never had a problem getting sun loungers for the 4 of us and believe me we weren't getting up that early. Good to see the hotel has stepped up with this, as had read other earlier reviews. The beach is so close too.
We were bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed the selection of food and the staff in the restaurant were always very pleasant and attentive.
One of my sons has mobility issues and uses a wheelchair for longer distances, we didn't find any issues with getting about the hotel or the surrounding area and thought it was all part of the charm.
The location of the hotel is very peaceful, just a short walk away are restaurants in Cala Ferrera and Cala d'Or. We also walked to the marina sometimes. All lovely places with lots to do.
Give the hotel restaurant a try, just down the steps. Had an amazing meal there.
Can't thank the staff enough for your hard work to make our stay perfect. It was lovely to toast your 5 year anniversary on our last day.

Lovely hotel with great facilities in the perfect location. The breakfast buffet had a range of options including cooked breakfast and fresh pastries. We stayed in the studio apartment room, which was perfect for the three of us and the kitchen was a great added bonus! We took a couple of paddle boards out for the day and really enjoyed it, great addition. All the staff were so helpful and ensured we had the best possible holiday. Overall it was the perfect adult hotel, with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere

I stayed in this hotel for a week in July, the room was lovely with lots of space and lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly especially reception and housekeeping staff. Pool and facilities were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

Had a wonderful holiday at this quiet hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean rooms with friendly helpful staff. Good choice of food at both breakfast and dinner. Lovely pool and no problem with sun-beds. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

What a great hotel! The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotless. The town itself is relatively lively and being a little way out this hotel feels so peaceful. Yes, there are a lot of steps around the hotel complex, but there are also a lot of steps and hills around the area; the town is built into the cliffs and coves!

I think the only thing that is missing is a bar for drinks after your evening meal, however with so many bars around you do have plenty of options. Plenty of mini supermarkets close by means that you can stock up your kitchen and fridge with drinks and snacks and the view from the private balconies is great. Would certainly recommend!

Hotel was nice and brand new. Highly recommend the SwimUp room – the exclusive pool made a massive difference. The room was superb, very spacious. Dinner was nice and worth the price. It's a 5 minute walk from the beach (that is stunning!). Just beware you'll have to walk up a hill to come back to the hotel. There's a town centre about 20 minutes walk.

Really nice hotel

Perfect , relaxing holiday in the best location.

We had a very pleasant and relaxed stay at Marsensus Natura Olea. The reception was available all day. We got a room on the lowest floor but missed a nice view so we asked for another room. After our second day, they could switch us to another room and we were very happy with it.
The pool was nice and relaxing. There is a smaal pool bar, open till 18:00 with food and drinks. The breakfast buffet was good. Almost the same every day, but it gave us enough choice. The staff was very friendly! from the hotel it is a short walk towards the beach of Cala ferrera and 10-20 minutes walk to the center Cala D’Or. The room and balcony was big enough for 2, the airconditioning worked very well. The bathroom was a bit small and older but still fine. So definitely a reccomandation!

We had a very pleasant and relaxed stay at Marsensus Natura Olea

Stayed here with my mother for a week via a Jet 2 holiday. Room was a decent size, same with balcony. Nice to have the kitchenette and nespresso machine.
Breakfast was good - plenty variety and really good coffees. Disappointing that the hot eggs were cold every day, same with the bacon. Wouldn’t recommend bothering with them.
Good points:
Spacious rooms within the blocks
Handy for small beach
Good pool bar
Friendly staff

Bad points:
Cleaners for the rooms are next to pointless. Not once was our room hoovered but it was mopped so it was absolutely filthy within a couple of days.
A guest was allowed to hang his Palestinian flag off his balcony for their whole stay. This threatening behaviour from a football thug shouldn’t be tolerated by the hotel. Really made it look like a 2* all inclusive in Benidorm.
People threw their beach towels down at 8am and didn’t actually appear on the subbed til almost 11 - this shouldn’t be allowed to happen either as the pool area is very small.

Suggestions:
Provide sweeping brushes/ cleaning tools in rooms as they don’t get cleaned by staff properly.
Don’t allow people to hang flags of balconies - especially anti semitic ones in this climate

Fine for the price paid

A peaceful haven with lots to do nearby

Fabulous adult only escape

A perfect adult hotel, with a peaceful atmosphere and great facilities

The hotel is modern, clean and staff are great. The rooms were lovely and spacious, bathroom on the smaller side but not inconvenient.
Perfect location, 2 minute walk from the beach and about a 20 minute walk into the main strip where there are loads of restaurants, bars etc.
Food in the snack bar was delicious, the main restaurant was okay.
Only negative was it was difficult to get sunbeds people put their towels on them from very early on and left them on there most of the day but it didn’t matter to us as the beach was so close by.
Would stay here again.

Beautiful stay.

A gem of a hotel!

The hotel is lovely, with nice spacious rooms and facilities in the rooms. The pool is a nice size however, the only thing is that there is not enough beds around the pool and this encourages the early wake up call to man mark beds which is annoying. There is a bar right next to the pool but it closes around 5 pm which is also annoying to have it close so early. Dinner is okay we only ate there once, the food was a bit cold and not our cup of tea so we would end up walking in to Cala Dor for food. All in all the hotel is a lovely hotel with great facilities over all and great staff! We would definitely recommend Marsenses!
