We stayed in February 2026 during half term with our 2 daughters. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Had a nice big balcony with an amazing veiw of Ifach and the sea. The room did get hot at night but no air conditioning at this time of year. (We did tell reception who offered fans but we just opened the patio door and felt safe on the 14th floor) Food was really good, plenty of options with drink service to tables. Kids (and adults) loved the ice cream station. All inclusive drinks were some of the nicest I have had in an all inclusive resort. Loved the little touches like bringing the kids sweets whilst we were in the bar and giving out flowers on valentines. Bar staff were great. The indoor pool was a great temperature, good little gym. The outdoor pool was too cold for us at this time of year but looked really nice and clean and spacious. Entertainment definitely aimed at the older guests but was not an issue with us. Great Wi-Fi throughout hotel and even managed to get some English tv beyond bbc news… mini fridge kept things cold and tea and coffee was restocked every day. Short walk to gorgeous beach with lots of shops and bars. Easy scenic walk along the beach to the old town. An excellent option for some winter sun shine.
