I had the best time here, mostly cause it was a last minute reservation. The staff was so friendly, service minded and exceptional in everyway. The view of the place was unbeatable and couldn’t have as for something better. Rooms are a bit simple but gives it charm, the staff doesn’t speak english and we communicated thru google translate and was fine. But a must stay at least onces if visiting Bodrum. Its central and close to everywhere a juvel in Bodrum

The photos do not do justice to the magnificence that is the view from the terrace. Be prepared to be wow'd! It is literally 360 view of the whole Bodrum! 

The styling and the decor is also so cute and pretty! I just fell in love with how pretty it is! And the location is 5 mins walk away from everything you could want from Bodrum - restaurants, bars, the sea side, the Castle, the shops etc. It's very central! 

The owners are also so lovely and very welcoming. They try everything in their power to make your stay worthwhile and memorable. Very nice breakfast and dinner options too (I'd recommend the local fish).

All in all, I am very happy with my stay - but still, know that it is a small boutique hotel. You will not get the resort experience - if there is something missing and looking for, I am sure the owners could get you that. The rooms are while pretty, are rustic and matched with what you could expect of the storied building.

I will, definitely, be missing my time on this terrace and drinking tea with the beautiful breeze.

The photos simply do not do this place justice. At first glance, it can appear a bit kitch-ey - But nothing is farther from the truth! This is my second visit to Bodrum, and this time I elected to stay in town for easy walking - What a find in this place! A family owned and run establishment, it is newly renovated and as clean and charming as there is. The hospitality is second to none, and the genuine warmth of Jem, the owner, who goes out of his way to assist whenever needed, is incredible. The view from the breakfast terrace is so amazing, I wanted to spend hours over breakfast! The meal itself is prepared by Jem's wife, and the buffet is of the freshest local ingredients, and absolutely delicious. The location - I don't think there is a better, less expensive, clean, quality, excellent value for the money, small hotel in all of Bodrum Town. Certainly no one else can boast a magnificent view like this place! There are seaview rooms available upon request, and the air-conditioning is a pleasure on a hot day. Flat screen tv's and plenty of space should you choose to unpack, are also bonuses. If you are fortunate enough to visit beautiful Bodrum, I would most enthusiastically recommend you stay at this lovely, full of character pension!!

Great location right in the city center, FANTASTIC terrace panorama, quality decorations, neat & comfortable room, and nice owner!

A minor issue is that the sockets in my room were mostly blocked by bed or table, though I did move the table a little bit to use it.



This place is such a beath of fresh air in Bodrum where every spot has been taken over by  "all inclusive" resorts, and loud bars.

It is literally right in the middle of the village. Rooms are modest, but clean, and have air-conditioning. Breakfast is simple and healthy. I loved this place and will definitely be back.

The only down-side is  that b/c it is in the middle of the village, you do get some noise from near by bars at night.

Location is 10in city center around shops, restaurants, pub and others , atmosphere is like in museum, rooms they are good, breakfast on the roof balcony you seat and all city and spacial port, marina and Bodrum Castle is on front of you.
The area is normally quite just between 9 - 14 there is some noise from near by school.
Stuff is helpful and just look to help

nice facilities, very conveniently located. Great rooftop area for breakfast with spectacular views, including the castle and the town.
Go to bed listening to music from multiple clubs, and wake to the call to prayer.
