Trelawne Manor Holiday Park 

excellent site - quiet and peaceful. i had expected that parking away from the van would be inconvenient - especially as the wife is disabled.However, the minor inconvenience was outweighed manyfold by the peace and quiet it afforded everyone. It was late season when we went and the van had obviously been very well used over the holiday period but in no way was it dirty or shabby. the shop was well stocked - even this late into the season and very well priced. the club and bar were quiet - except for the 60's weekend evenings lol. (what has happened in pubs recently? why do we single file queue at bars these days?) food was not gourmet - but adequate and that was reflected in the price and would be perfect for feeding starving families on a budget. All the staff were very friendly and willing to go out of their way to help. This, and the beautiful settings made it a place to be visited again and again. It was our first experience of the John Fowler company and we loved it so much that I went out of my way to find another JF site and bolted another 3 days onto the end of this holiday - but in Devon. Yup, I was a day late back to work lol. (the 3 extra days were a bit of a disappointment - which i have voiced in another review of the site we moved to. That being said, It wouldn't stop us from returning to Trelawne Manor again and again.
