In som sort of mistake it showed that I have booked it on booking.com. So right away (like in 5min) I called them and asked to cancel the booking. The response was something nobody would expect from a good service provider or a fair accommodation owner - they said instead of 600+ Euro you can pay 250Euro to cancel the booking. It did not cost anything for them. They just needed to click and approve cancellation, that is all.

Be aware owners will try to find ways to get money from you based on silly requests, without any rational reasoning!

Definitely do not stay if you do not want to ruin your holiday/vacation!

Very, very customer service - will ask you to pay for nothing, do not stay!

we have stayed in various apartments in Petnneu in the past and love the resort, and always had friendly owners who basically let you enjoy your holiday - this was the first time we stayed at apart Wolf.
unfortunately the lift company went into administration and so there were no lifts running in the resort...that was a pity but there are plenty of other small resorts around and St Anton 5 minutes away.
The apartment was fine, nothing special, a bit short on crockery....just 4 small cups and 4 of each of plates glasses etc,but that didn't bother us too much. We were shown round, warned not to use too much of the dishwasher powder, and told to take our shoes off at the front door. Within a couple of hours of our arrival there was a notice on the stone stairs to our flat reminding us to take our shoes off. the owner came into the flat each day to empty the rubbish while we were out ...which I found a bit intrusive. We are pretty tidy and kept the place clean, but resented that our kitchen rubbish bag was emptied each day when there was no need for her to go into the kitchen.
on the day before we left the owner knocked on the door and said she had noticed we had damaged the bench in the dining area. She must have really been snooping around as(it was not at all obvious )and pointed out a small hole in the seat padding...about 2 or 3 mm in size. She said it would cost her 280 Eu to reupholster and we should claim it on our insurance. I have no idea if we made the hole or not. She came later with a receipt for 280eu for me. The next day I returned the receipt to her, said I thought it was unreasonable, that the hole was reasonable wear and tear and gave her 100 eu as a goodwill gesture, said if she sent me the receipt for reupholstery and photos of it being done, I would reconsider. Actually that was generous of me. if anyone else stays there and she tries the same thing on I have kept photos of the tiny hole. But actually don't go there go to one of the other apartments. Hopefully we will be back in Petnneu when the new lift owners take over and the piste is opened up to skiers again and we will stay elsewhere.
