Fantastic
I stayed here twice, each for a total of six days, and I wouldn't look anywhere else in Serfaus for great accommodations. The breakfast is quite good and the dinners are excellent. I prefer the back dining room that is more traditional in appearance to the newer, more modern one. The staff is top notch (especially Karin) and the location is just a minute walk from one of the Dorfbahn stations. The sauna, steam room, and other "spa" facilities are quite good for a three-star hotel. I've stayed in plenty of three star hotels in Switzerland and there are often zero spa facilities. Serfaus is also about the best ski village around if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place.
