    Честно скажу — такая низкая оценка стала неожиданностью, особенно учитывая, что большинство гостей отмечают чистоту, уют и удобное расположение квартиры как сильные стороны. Мне искренне жаль, что ваш опыт оказался иным.

    Все апартаменты тщательно убираются перед каждым заездом, и интерьер соответствует фото и описанию. Тем не менее, обязательно пересмотрю детали, чтобы исключить даже малейшие недочёты.
