We were a group of 4 guys, arriving by bicycle. Firstly, Chrystel the owner very kindly arranged for her daughter to retrieve and then deliver our luggage to Montreux where she works. Exceptionally kind and beyond the call of duty. Sweet hotel, nice spacious rooms, great views and comfortable beds. It felt as though the hotel was empty so was very quiet. An excellent breakfast (we needed it for our day cycling) completed what was an excellent stay. Thank you!
