I was there one week for an healthy break in the Alps. The hotel is located at the trailhead of wonderful walks and hikes. This place is a very small family-owned hotel (5 or 6 rooms I guess). You will not find any "luxury" features there (no spa, no fitness, no business center), but you are right in the mountain, viewing the Mont-Blanc, which makes this spot very exclusive! Rooms are basic, but very clean and comfortable. There is also a fairly good restaurant in the property, that proposes local specialities... a great place to go after a long walk in the mountain. Finally, this place is very pleasant, and is an excellent spot for visiting this wonderful region (Combloux village at 3km, Megeve at 6 km, Chamonix at 30km). Note: if you go there in winter, the hotel has a direct access to the ski slides
