I stayed in this place during my one-month training program in JUN. (my company is close by). The location is the main reason I picked this place. It's close to a train station (15-min stroll), bus stops to/from Nice, many restaurants, laundry place, a few supermarkets, pharmacies, and a short walk to the beach (pebble beach). The place's run by a friendly couple. They speak basic English and I don't speak French but we managed to communicate. They provide some basic cleaning stuff in the room. I can change my bed linen once a week and can change towel set as frequent as I want. Just bring them down to the reception. There's iron and board, cloth hanger stand, but no hair dryer. The balcony is nice but you will have some visitors, pigeons! They even have a nest there so I didn't enjoy the balcony that much. It's close to a main avenue but the room has double glass door to protect the noise from outside. However it doesn't protect a noise from other rooms. The free wifi internet works well during the day time but it's very slow some not connected in the evening. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here mostly because it's close to pretty much everything.
