Evelia Hotels

The room was clean but it's a little old. Location is great considering it's walkable distance to the train station. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great service and very nice people.

Excellent stay .very frienbly staff. Excellent location .one of the cheapest hotel in the town .nothing special to add.
I wiĺl comeback ....i spent a nice stay.i recommend it .there is so muchmerci beaucoup messieur les gerants

So, of course this is not the Hilton Hotel, but if you are looking to keep costs down, and have a pleasant stay, this place is an excellent option.
The owner, as well as the staff, are extremely welcoming and genuinely kind, which is not something to take for granted, especially in France, especially if you are an italian in France (they hate us).
The room was very small, but perfectly clean and quiet. I had a very pleasant stay overall. They asked for a 100€ depost, bu returned it right after I left, after checking I left the room in good conditions.
All in all, it strikes me as an excellent compromise, and I would definitely recommend it!
Go for it!!

We booked this hotel without reading the reviews, once we had booked we checked them and was anxious about what we would be walking into. However we were pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and even allowed us to check in early and check out late. They were more than accommodating and very friendly throughout our whole stay. The rooms were exactly as described and the beds although firm were very clean and the pillows very comfortable. We saw in the reviews about overcharging and the €100 deposit but we didn’t encounter any of this. We would definitely stay here again as it was clean, comfortable and very close to the beach and train station. If there was anything to note it would be if you are in a ground floor room it can be very noisy as the street is right outside but that comes with staying so close to everything.

Nice people. Front room 8 small but clean and everything worked. Air conditioning essential. Noisy because double glazed French doors didn't fit correctly and on busy road by busy junction. Lovely people and nothing too much trouble. We had 4 nights with 2 breakfasts simply works.
Near main rail station and around the corner is the bus stop to take you into town. Supermarkets and cafes on the doorstep and a lovely pastry shop just up the road. Get the tram from the airport, line 2, and get off at Alsace-Lorraine, just come up to the surface and turn up the road to the traffic lights, turn right and you are there.
Happy my husband was with me first night but settled in and on the Friday popped into local bar and had a beer and dance. Have stayed in 4 star with more problems. Enjoy.

My daughter and I stayed two nights in May. It was very close to train station and the boardwalk. Very easy walk. Hotel was clean, No lift so you have to carry your bags, but they give free water, a rarity, and free breakfast with great coffee, juice, french bread and jams. I felt safe there walking around. Rooms were small, but clean. A good value for the money.

I liked this hotel very much . I will come back for certain. My special thanks to the hotel's representative on reception. He has wonderful human merits and mathematical punctuality to everything. Thanks!

nMy significant other and I stayed for one night. It was a last minute booking.
The hotel was very easy to find. It is located near the train station which was perfect! The host was very friendly and even spoke English, he also gave us recommendations for places to visit. We were on third floor and there's no lift but it wasn't bad. The room is small but comfortable. The bathroom is a bit difficult to move around in but it was clean. The water pressure kept fluctuating in the shower though. I thought it was just our room but I saw someone else mention it. Excellent WiFi as well.
All in all, it was great stay for one night.
I would say the value is really good for the price.

Real Travellers Hotel

Great Location!

It was great for a one night stay!

Excellent

I will come back for certain.

One great thing about this hotel is its location which is 10 minute walk to the train station and 15-20 minute to the beachfront, however….this is a budget hotel. It was very noisy and our room looked inwards (not road facing), walls are paper thin, so our evening entertainment consisted of an abundance of sounds including someone’s monotone audiobook, rearranging of furniture dragging on the floor and coughing fits! Don’t expect a lie in either! We had a few hairs in our bed and sewage smell from the bathroom too, very run down furniture. It’s just very, very basic. It did the job but I’m sure there’s better places to spend your money 👍🏻

Interesting sights, sounds and smells! 🙄

the location is great just a few minutes from the train station taht goes to Monaco, and the beach.

As soon as you go up to the rooms (no lift) you will see cigarretes in the carpets, dusk everywhere, The rooms have a smell like the windows haven´t been open in weeks, all towels, bed sheets and curtains so old and weathered that some of them break just by normal use, the toilet have a weird smell, and is not comfable to use, the shower bath does not work propertly and een more the cleaning lady was using the hoover at 8.00pm in the corridors.

The good wa the staff in reception ready to help give advise and recomend things to do, very helpful adn even give a complementary breakfast the first day, the breakfast is good very well serve and in a good price 6 euros per person.

The thing I did not like them most was the fact that after we check in (we paid at the end of our stay) they cancell the booking that I did originally with booking.com I presume to avoid comision fees, however as I always do my bookings this way I lost some points that I earn in every booking. at the end of our stay they try to charge us the complementary breakfast offered the first day too. I did not argue about the booking but I did on the breakfast as I was in a hurry and I just want to take my flight.

I belive if they improve all rooms with need staff and DO NOT try to get over fees I could give it other chance.
