Fantastic
I realize that many older European hotels lack AC, but even in mid-September with mild temps, our spacious room was too warm for comfortable sleeping. We had the balcony door open for a while, but that let in mosquitoes. We actually went to bed with bug repellant on our skin. Other than the air temp, our stay was good. Breakfast is an impressive Euro buffet. We did half-board and ate dinner there, which was very good. Service was good. Staff spoke very good English. (Our German is limited.) They have above ground parking and an underground (open) garage around the block behind the hotel that we used.
