Excellent
Fio & Gio B&B in Varenna was a very positive experience for our four nights in Varenna! We had a nice colourful room with a balcony overlooking Lake Como. We were a short walking distance from the town center and could get anywhere by foot either from the train or the ferry. For breakfast you were given vouchers good for one of three different locations but only for the typical Italian light breakfast. For us Canadians we had to supplement it with more to make it through the day until our large late evening meal. We had great meals in restaurants in the area. There was a beautiful, romantic walkway around the waterfront for a lover's stroll. Varenna was a wonderful place to chill and have peace and quiet. Thank you staff at Fio & Gio B&B!!
