The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. The price of guest's stay includes the Classic Spa Program:
— accommodation in a room of guests' choice;
— three meals a day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner;
— spa treatment according to the Classic Spa Program — up to four treatments per day, as prescribed by a doctor, general therapeutic;
— use of the swimming pool, sports ground, and entertainment activities;
— check-in after 02:00 PM, check-out before 12:00 PM;
— treatment is available for children ages 4 and up;
— a spa card (Form No. 072/u for adults, No. 076/u for children) is required for treatment programs.
When registering for a spa treatment package, adults must provide a passport or another identity document, a spa treatment card in Form No. 072/u, and a compulsory medical insurance policy. Guests referred for rehabilitation treatment following a hospital stay must also provide an extract from their medical records.
For children, the following documents are required: a birth certificate or passport for guests over 14 years of age, a spa treatment card in Form No. 076/u, a vaccination certificate, a certificate confirming the sanitary and epidemiological environment, and a pediatrician’s certificate confirming the absence of contraindications.
Children of all ages are accepted at the sanatorium. Spa treatment is not provided to children under 4 years of age. However, to stay with their parents and access the sanatorium grounds, they must provide all the documents listed above, except for the spa treatment card.
The number and frequency of treatment procedures included in the comprehensive sanatorium program are determined individually by the attending physician, taking into account medical indications, contraindications, and examination results.
Additional examinations and procedures may be prescribed in the absence of contraindications and are charged according to the approved price list.
Guests aged 14 and older may check in without their legal representatives upon presentation of identity documents and written consent from one of their legal representatives. |
