The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

In connection with the adoption by the Rospotrebnadzor of the Russian Federation of new recommendations for sanatorium facilities from 06/27/2020, settlement is possible only if the following documents are available:

- referral for treatment or a form of a sanatorium-resort voucher or reservation voucher;

- a certificate from the clinic about the lack of contact with patients with COVID-19 within 14 days, received no earlier than 3 days before arrival.

- sanatorium-resort card;

- passport (birth certificate for children);

- MHI policy;

Guests are accommodated in rooms for 1 or 2 people depending on the chosen accommodation option (families with children are accommodated in one room);
