The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Guest House Eva in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the hotel will contact you directly regarding the prepayment of your reservation. Prepayment (cost of 1 night) should be made within 3 days after booking. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation in case the deposit has not been transferred.
