I came to this hotel as a solo traveler from California, having basic level conversational spanish skills. Every level of staff at this hotel was so helpful and assisted me as I navigated my time in the area for my first time. The room was a basic room, but a great size and clean and comfortable for getting much needed rest. The exercise and spa amenities were top notch and not much of an extra added price to enjoy. The location to the center plaza of town to explore the historical sites and local night life was just across the street. I felt safe, and cared for while here!
