This hotel may seem no more than a very handy place to overnight near to Reus Airport. It is that without doubt but it is also friendly, fantastic value for money and spotlessly clean. There is nothing to note about the surrounding area and the hotel is difficult to get to without a car. Taxi costs between 25 and 30 euros from Reus airport and takes 10 minutes although it is possible (by taking airport bus to Tarragona and local bus from Tarragona bus station to El Morrell - cost 5 euros or less but 1 hour plus travel) to use public transport. Hotel staff friendly, rooms excellent with aircon. Very nice bar. Very Spanish. Would make great base for fly/drive Port Aventura etc.One or two local bar/restaurants within 5 minutes' walk - one in particular staggeringly good - El Salero in Calle Mayor. The village where the hotel sits is small and unknown - don't let that put you off. The hotel is great. Remember though, it's a 2-3 star Spanish Hotel not the Ritz!
