This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Thu 21 Apr 2022 until Sun 19 Jun 2022 Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 10 Sept 2022 until Sun 18 Jun 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For key collection after office opening hours are a special safes with security code . Opening hours for check in at the office from June to September is from 16:00 to 20:00. Please note security deposit payed by credit card carries a surcharge of 3 EUR. Please note that the pool is open from 23 June until 16 September. Please note that late check-in has the following extra charges: From 19:00 to 22:00: EUR 60 After 22:00: EUR 100 Large Towels are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3. Alternatively guests can bring their own.
