Fantastic
This was an amazing little hotel ideally located about 30mins drive from Santander ferry. The owner, Angelo was a great character and although he had limited English and we have very limited Spanish, we all managed very well with a mixture of each and some French thrown in! He gave us info on beaches, restaurants and bars and was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable with views over the river, the breakfast was very good and the hotel was only about 10mins walk from the centre of Suances with plenty of bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a night here before the ferry to the UK - very Spanish but that's it's charm!
