When coming to Phuket we decided we wanted a slightly nicer accommodation to stay in after spending the last minute month in budget places and this really was exactly what we needed. It's great value for money, the staff were so helpful allowing us to print off our boarding passes and booking our taxi for us to the airport and cleaning our room when requested. The air con was a blessing after having fan rooms previously and the hot shower was also appreciated!! And as for location some people say it's far out etc it's not at all if you hire a moped and explore Phuket, we loved the location as you aren't in the chaos of patong but walking distance from old town which is a lovely area. Definitely recommend this hotel particularly because the staff are brilliant, it's clean, good location and generally just a nice experience staying there.
