6 Red Sails 

The location of Red Sails 6 is excellent, but unfortunately the property itself was a major disappointment.On arrival, we discovered the boiler was broken. Maintenance attended but were unable to fix the issue, leaving us without heating during a particularly cold weekend and with only intermittent hot water throughout our stay.The general condition and cleanliness of the property were also poor. Several glasses in the cupboards were dirty, with hair on them, and one even contained a dead slug. The sofa was broken and partially collapsed, making it uncomfortable and unsuitable to use.To their credit, the maintenance team arranged for us to move to Red Sails 4, which was a much better property and one we would happily recommend. However, having to pack up and relocate in the rain during our stay was inconvenient and frustrating.This trip was intended to be a much-needed weekend away with friends at a difficult time for all of us, and we were looking forward to a chance to relax and reset together. Sadly, the issues with the accommodation disrupted that experience and left us feeling very disappointed. Not worth the money and added to our stress. Do not book.
