The ladies owning the place are really nice. Rooms look better than at some promo pictures - aren't photoshoped. Wi-fi can be slowish, but it certainly works, and we all know it's not the norm sadly :) Views are magnificent. If you come here by car (which I strongly recommend) you can visit castle in Innsbruck and all Bavarian Castles with 1h of driving to any of them TOPS. Austian (if that's even a word) Zugspitze cable car is only 45 minutes away and seems to be both cheaper and better than the slightly older German counterpart (from what we managed to gather). The ladies owning the place can also give you tips about nearby locations, which can be priceless, depending on what you're into (they recommended Innsbruck castle for us - perfect choice, even over the famous Bavarian Castles). Rooms have mini-kitchen, electric kettles, and microwaves, which I loved about them - allowed us to drink a tea without throwing euros around. Smoking is not allowed, but there are ashers on balcony which I find to be a great compromise. Everything is very clean. All together - very, very nice place. Perfectly comfortable, quiet, and priced fairly. Will recommend to anyone.
