We stayed in the 2 room upstairs apartment for 4 nights. The living room had a sofa and kitchen with full stove (with oven), everything you needed to cook and eat with, a toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large heated towel rail to keep towels dry. The apartment was kept warm with a small bedroom heater and heat pump in the living room. The apartment was quiet and well located for exploring the old city on foot. Free parking nearby, away from the narrow streets, made it easy to do day trips to nearby towns. You can easily drive close to the apartment through the narrow city streets to drop off luggage. Alexandre offered us useful advice on parking, eating out, sightseeing, grocery shopping and laundrettes. It was a great place to stay as a base for not only Arles but for day trips to Avignon, the Carmargue and the many other nearby towns.
