Booked in for a weekend skiing into this lovely pension. We were late arriving because of the weather conditions but it was no problem to the lovely owners who welcomed us in and made us comfortable. Our room was spacious, well laid out and very comfortable with the added attraction of a water bed! Breakfast was brilliant with cereal and fruit selection as self service whilst coffee/tea plus copious amounts of bread,ham and cheese brought to the table along with boiled eggs. Delicious and a great start to the day. We didn't have enough time to use the other services available in the Pension. Travel time to the ski resort is about ten minutes - traffic depending as we sat in a queue for half an hour to get into Winterberg on the Saturday but not the Sunday. A great location for skiing in Winterberg, reasonable price and will definitely be back.
