Quiet emplacement, the room was comfortable and very correct. The staff was very friendly and helpful, since they indicated us activities to do around and gave us all the information we needed. Moreover, the offered breakfast is more than complete. Totally worth the price we paid for the excellent service we recieved.

Reiterating the previous post below... As a brief summary I would say that I 100% could not ask for more during the 39 nights. Very beautiful surrounding, excellent food and extremely affordable. In particularly I would advise the home cooked food by Xavi; this food is far better than any food we consumed in the local towns of Pobla de Segur and Tremp - It is excellent value for money and very delicious.
I would definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you Xavi for everything you did to help us.

Well I am writing on behalf of 4 english geology students that had to stay at this accommodation for 39 nights, as we were doing a project on the mountain that the accommodation has a great view of. A family own the bed and breakfast and a man called Xavi is in charge of all the guests, cooking for the guests and ensuring that all that stay there enjoy it, all of which he does suberbly. We are all 20 and 21, male and exhibit all the behavioral traits of loutish young adults. So much so that the owner of the accommodation would recieve text messages from his friends on our whereabouts when we were in the town over, drinking, a lot. My point being, if he could put up with us and make our stay a memorable one for 39 nights, anyone who will be going for a short stay here will have a great time. Also to note, he will make food for €14, it includes a very generous salad starter, a main course which is usually a piece of meat cooked with a side, a small desert, coffee and wine between 2 or 4. Sounds expensive, but for this price it is the best for money in the local area, by far! Friendly atmosphere and would definitely come again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here ahead of a rafting trip with La Rafting Company in Sort the following day. It was very last minute and they only had one room left via booking.com. I'm so pleased we chose it.

The price was so reasonable, room clean and comfortable, and the location secluded and in beautiful surroundings. They do a BBQ every evening and for €13 you get an evening 'menú' of a salad, meat, dessert, coffee, wine and bread. There was no TV in the room and the bath was a half sized bath. Neither point negative but I just thought I'd mention if they are important to you. I would highly recommend Casa Julia for those wanting to get away from it all and enjoy the Catalan countryside.

We stayed one night in this simple accommodation set in a tranquil location. The rooms were comfortable, with en suite bathrooms, which had a small bath with shower over, and everything was spotlessly clean. There is a pleasant central courtyard with weats and tables and you can use the free wifi there. As it is in an isolated location we opted for the evening meal, which was good value at around 14 euros, and included a delicious steak cooked on the barbecue by Javier, the charming young man who runs the B&B. It is a little difficult to find, we missed the turning at the roundabout and had to retrace our steps, but it was worth the hunt. The surrounding countryside is beautiful but as we were only there for one night we didn't get the opportunity to do any walking. Some fellow guests were going to walk along a gorge the day we left. Javier is very helpful and has plenty of tourist information and maps he also speaks English.
