Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars).

Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Front desk opening hours 00:00 - 19:30. Only registered guests are allowed in the guestrooms.

Krua Phranang restaurant will be temporarily closed from April 16 to May 4, 2026 for necessary smoke extraction system maintenance in the kitchen. During this period, Thai cuisine will still be available to guests at Raya Dining restaurant for lunch and dinner. Additionally, the hotel offers three alternative restaurants, ensuring guests have a variety of dining options throughout their stay.
From June 15 to September 30, 2026, the following restaurant hours will apply.
Room service will be available from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with last orders at 11:30 PM.
From June 15 to August 9, Raya Dining will be open for breakfast only, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM. From August 10 to September 30, breakfast will be available from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM, and lunch and dinner from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with last orders at 10:30 PM.
From June 15 to September 30, Krua Phranang will be open for lunch and dinner from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with last orders at 10:30 PM.
From June 15th to September 30th, The Grotto Restaurant will be open for lunch from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM (last order at 3:30 PM) and dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
From June 15th to August 9th, Raitalay Terrace Restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with last order at 10:30 PM. It will be closed from August 10th to September 30th due to renovations to the main pool.
The main pool will be closed for renovations from August 10th to September 30th, 2026. Work will be conducted daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No heavy equipment will be used, and no significant noise or visual disturbance is expected. Guest rooms will not be affected, as guests will be housed away from the renovation area. The resort's grounds span approximately 36 acres, allowing for adequate spacing between guest rooms.
The Nam Mao Pool will be available for use during this period. Pool hours are 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, food and beverage service is 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with last orders at 5:30 PM. All other resort services remain available. No refunds will be offered. Any potential inconvenience to guests during the renovations has been confirmed. |
