Great little family run hotel near Ladies Beach. Our family stayed in a 3 storey 3 bedroom unit with kitchen. We had booked for 3 nights but stayed for 8. Grocery store next door so very easy to prepare meals on a budget. Run by great people who are super friendly, helpful, and generous even though the language barrier prevented us from communicating well. Other guests were more than willing to help out with communication. Great Turkish breakfast buffet served every morning, they even cooked us special treats. Laundry facilities available on site. Short walk to Ladies beach. Groceries next door. Minibus/dolmas pass by the hotel every 5 minutes so easy to get around. Ideal location. We stayed in winter so the town is kind of abandoned but the hotel looks like it would be a great summer stay with AC in all units and swimming pool. Lots of parking. We would definitely stay again. Excellent budget option.

I've stayed here for one night, service is great, but nobody knows English. It was not a problem, because we have a translator in mobile phone. Rooms rather small, clean, shower need to be repaired, but everything is working. Breakfast consists of tea, bread, some vegetables, one type of fruit, sausages in the dough. We washed our clothes for free. Thanks to this hotel.

A typically nice Turkish hotel.  Nice room, plenty of space and friendly staff.

It was great. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast was almost the same every day, but it was delicious.

I felt a warm welcome and right at home immediatly.  Friendly. Cheerfull staff who couldnt do enough to make your stay memorable.  We felt like family after a couple of days.Planning to return in September.   Cant wait.

An overnight stay here was brilliant. The hosts were so welcoming. The room was badic but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the aircon worked well. We did our washing when we arrived, walked into town then played darts, chatting (with the help of google translate) for an hour over tea and coffee before turning in on a successful day.
An out of season stay but the hotel has a nice pool, for the summer, with a bar and terrace. Can see it would be great then.

Excellent family friendly budget hotel

There was a swimmimg pool and it was clean. The breakfast was also good. Normal breakfast at home type. The hotel had air con which was very nice for the price. The location was near the beach and there was ample parking. The room was spacious but the sofa bed was bad. The toilet seat was broken a bit. Rest it was good

I arrived to a warm welcome form the receptionist. The room was bright .clean.and Cool. The hotel itself is family run. They are most welcoming friendly and are ready to assist you in enjoying your stay .The breakfast is Turkish .You can have full use of the kitchen 24/7  The bar and coffee area is a delight by the Swimming pool to relax and unwind Meals can be ordered off a small payable menu .  The hotel is clean  comfortable. Friendly and I would recommend this hotel 100% for a relaxing quiet stay after a bustling visit to kusadasi and various sight seeing . I thank the whole of the hotel management and staff for a wonderful stay   
Outside of the hotel . migros supermarket. Ladies beach taxi service. 5 minute walk.   The centrum and port area 20 minute walk   otobus 10 min walk ..  This hotel is very central to everything you require for your holiday. :-) 

Very relaxing stay 

Huge 2 bedroom suite with couch, fridge and TV and good wifi. Although they don't speak much English, the staff are wonderful and treat everyone like family. Breakfast is pretty good and you can use the kitchen to cook. Close to Ladies Beach and supermarkets and about 10-15mins walk over the hill to central.
