We stayed here for 4 nights to visit the Cappadocia region. Very good communications via Whatsapp with Tuguy who responded quickly and efficiently. We booked directly with the hotel, paid a deposit and chose room 401 at the top of the hotel, which had a lovely view of the town infront and for viewing the balloons going by. (It is up 4 flights of stairs, so not for the feint hearted!) The room was large, quiet and very clean (Thank you Yurum). Tuguy organised our Transfers, Red and Green Tours and a fantastic balloon trip, all paid on card at the hotel reception. Breakfast was lovely and very Turkish, with eggs, meats, cheeses and salad dishes. I would definitely stay again when we come back to Goreme. Thank you Tuguy for everything you did for us.
