We had a warm welcome and the proprietor took the time to contact in advance to ask when we intended to arrive and was kind enough to have our room ready for us. The room was large and comfortable (i slept really well every night) and the shower warm and powerful. Everything was lovely and clean too. Breakfast was good quality and really set you up for the day. The dining room was comfortable and the waitress very pleasant. Location is great, just a few mins walk from the station and 5mins from bus stops and the high street of Sandown - which has so much too do around it and is home to some lovely eateries. We couldn't have been more welcome and thank you for having us
