Stayed here for 1 night staff was friendly room was cosy close to city Centre staff recommended some beautiful restaurants which were in walking distance such as east z east if I’m in Blackburn will be coming here again

Stayed for a full month because I was working close by had no issues staff were friendly young chap called Mo at the counter helped a lot. Car park was secure as it had a gate and i had a 2019 Mercedes e class at the time so it needed to be parked somewhere safe. Adam the general manager recommended some beautiful restaurants nearby such as east z east and heavenly desserts for a dessert. The bed was fairly comfy the rooms were smoke free which was good as I have asthma made me feel at home again thankyou to all the staff members Adam Murphy and Mo

I stayed for a couple of nights, it was perfect comfy bed, good host and a plentiful breakfast. It was close to where I was working.
Breakfast started early so was just what I was looking for.
Non smoking rooms.
I think they recently had a refurbishment so the room was fresh and clean.
Will definitely be staying again.

Good few nights stay with some old pals, could have got an extra towel but everything else was good enough. The smell of fresh linen was just perfect. Clean and crisp. Nicely decorated hallways with some fancy stair lights.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, outside could do with a bit of a tidy up but the inside had been renovated and staff explain to me how they were going to do the outside next room eight bed very very comfy

Hillview is a cosy place A stones throw away from the town centre. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Could have done with a few extra pillows, but when I inform staff on checkout they Advised me that they were available if asked. Oh well 10/10 for the rest.

Many thanks for the hospitality Mr Nicee ;)

Good nights sleep great atmosphere staff were attentive. My wife needed some assistance late night and staff were very happy to help. Breakfast could have been between but for the price you can’t Complain. Thumbs up

I have stayed at this hotel many times and would highly recommend it. Staff are very nice and so is the property, highly recommend it if you're in the area. Ignore the poor reviews this is a first class hotel. Staff and ownership have done a great job.

Staff Always going above and beyond, my third visit here and I will be back.
I pay £35 a night you can’t complain at them
Prices especially when it’s spotless and there is nothing to complain about. Xx

Room was fine and clean, could have done with an extra pillow staff informed me if I had asked I would have got it. Oh well I guess I should’ve asked. Room was nice and warm and comfortable mattress to sleep on.

Amazing experience

Wonderful place

Nice weekend break in blackburn

Cosy and warm hotel

Good few nights

Good for a few nights stay

Could have got another pillow

Good nights sleep

The room was warm and comfortable for four nights. Breakfast could have had more variety but at the price given it was ample. Good amount of tea and coffee given in room.Friendly staff helped me out with my luggage. Thank you for the stay.

Decent

You can’t complain at these prices, iv stayed at rubbish places and paid 3x the amount paid here. Nice place just off the main road clean and friendly staff. It baffles me on how people can complain, about this place when they are paying £30 a Night?
