I know what to expect so wasn't disappointed.

Nice place to get away from it all. Very comfy bed, slept very well. Has a fridge and microwave which most places don't. No issues.

As expected, used many times. Unusually there's a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Not many places have these.

Ideal for me, nice quiet place, everything I want.

Always good, easy to relax with little outside noise. Everthing you need.

Does what it says on the tinProprietor was extremely pleasant and helpful

Located conveniently for The Storm Race 10k and if it hadn't been raining heavily there was lots of nice surrounding countryside to explore, the facilities in my room were good and included a microwave and fridge though there was no WIFI available, though the staff were excellent in helping me out after I couldn't find anyone to let me into my room, the landlord even bought me a toothbrush because I had accidently forgotten to pack mine, the pressure on the hot tap was a little strong and took some getting used to so I didn't spray water every time I turned it on and one of the bedside lamps came on by itself occasionally but other than those too things I found little to fault it

I needed warm shower and comfy bed to stay over night with my dogs during Canicross races and thats what I got. Bed was clean and comy, bathroom was clean, water in shower was warm. There also was milk in fridge and kettle and tea bags. Place needs a TLC, yes, but its not expensive and it was comfortable. Host was very nice and friendly guy. I slept well = Im happy :)

The beds are very comfortable, nice thick duvet. Room nicely decorated. Shower room small but perfectly formed with nice heated towel rail. Nice towels. Owners helpful. Room warm in the winter.
Fridge, microwave and toilet brush. Some road noise but I slept well.
Unfortunately no chairs. No wifi.
Big down is getting out of and into the drive from the A435 where it is a busy dual carriageway. I am sure that BMW was going 90! I left before 7:30 but about 8 am it must be a very hairy experience. The price on booking.com was confusing so I booked direct.
The property is on the southbound side of the A435 after the snax layby and turning to Tanworth. Google shows it further north on the north bound side. Watch out for the lorry behind trying to flatten you.

Good budget option

Beds were clean and it’s good value for a no frills couple of days.

Good value accommodation

This was amazingly cheap. So don’t expect miracles - the rooms are in a low-rise hut. But there’s everything you need including a perfectly comfy bed, a private shower with hot water and an excellent TV. Parking is free and under the trees. I’ll stay again.

Very cheap but perfectly ok

Decent place to stay for the night at a very decent price.

Good location for a traveller by car

For the price i paid which was very low it was most satisfactory. The owner was extremely pleasant and chatty. Everything worked fine and the bed very comfortable.
