Go Hotel Saga 

The staff at the hotel were wonderful from start to finish! I had my phone and wallet stolen on my arrival in Copenhagen so I didn't think that I would be able to enjoy my visit. Happily I was wrong. The hotel owner/manager was fantastic and really helped me as did all of the staff. Once I got a few things sorted out I decided to go and make the most of my time in Copenhagen. I had a nice small quiet room with ensuite. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The water was lovely and hot and white towels provided. Breakfast was excellent, good quality food with lots of lovely options ... Cheeses, hams, fresh breads and rolls, cereals, hard boiled eggs, fruits, pastries, juices as well as coffee and a selection of teas. There was a spacious sitting lounge to read and relax. Hot or cold drinks and snacks were available to buy. The reception was open all the time ready to help. The hotel is very well placed to get to places of interests or for trips out. It's only 4 mins walk to the Central Station and a short walk to access the metro at the end of the street. The surrounding area was just nicely busy but still nice and quiet at night-time. It is very easy to get about on the metro or train. There are lots of cyclists so watch out not to step into the allotted cycle lanes. Very easy and quick for the airport with trains every 15 mins or a metro ride every few mins. It takes approx 25 mins to get to the airport from the hotel. A huge thank you to the fantastic staff at this hotel. I can't praise them highly enough for all their help.
