I've been to this hotel several times already and never had a bad experience. I had a room upstairs this time, it was quite large, the interior was in good shape (I had rooms were some things needed replacement before), the beds were comfortable and it was clean. The bathroom was a little cold, as there was no heating inside and the ventilation wasn't working as well. A few corners like behind the door, could've needed some better cleaning, but all in all it was good. Contrary to other reviews here, our TV was working just fine. Possibly they solved the problem. As wifi was available for free, the staff was friendly and the hotel is located in a central residential area with plenty of restaurants and shops around, not far from the main station, the value was good. In the end I can give one point more this time, as the room was in a better shape than the last times I stayed here.
