As per usual,as this was our 2nd time to stay here this year we have nothing but good things to say. The location for exploring Nice city and surrounding area is 2nd to none. The hotel is very clean,very quiet and any and all interaction we had with the staff was all positive. A nice touch is complimentary water and hot drinks available 24/7 at not extra charge. We stayed this time in a studio apartment with balcony and is a much better experience than staying in the single bedroom room,loads more space and tge balcony is a great addition. We didn't try breakfast so can't pass any remarks on it.. Would 100% return to this Hotel.
