B&B Boterton 

I chose this place for all the time we spent in Holland with my two sons, almost two weeks and it was the best decision!. It is a very clean, cozy, spacious and comfortable house with a lovely garden and beside the river, which was so enjoyable during the last heatwave there! Its host Reindert is very kind and helpful with the information and tips you could need there. Excellent breakfast not included in the fare but totally affordable. We also rented bikes here at Boterton B&B, to visit the local attractions : windmills in Zaanse Schans at just 7 minutes, Zar Peter the great's house and Monet's Atelier, these last two on Zaandam. The location is highly recommendably to visit all the main tourists attraction in Holland, since it is at 8 minutes walking to the closest train station (Koog aan de Zaan), so in total you take just 20 minutes to Amsterdam and 35 minutes to Schipol Airport (from the other station near the house). Even when the toiletts and shower are not in suite, there was not a problem sharing them since there are only 3 rooms for guests and the services are always extremely clean and availables. The only thing I would suggest is a ceiling fan instead of the electric little one at room. Excellent cost value ratio, I have no doubt in thinking of choose it again if I came back!
