I stayed here in July, both at the start and end of my solo trip. Traveling on a budget, I was specifically looking for a high-quality hotel experience rather than settling for a low-standard or cheap stay. I arrived a bit skeptical and nervous, but from the very first moment, the warmth and genuine support from the staff made me feel right at home and completely at ease for my first solo travel experience. The hotel itself exceeded all my expectations. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and kept extremely clean throughout my stay. The amenities are great too, the huge swimming pool is fantastic, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from both the center and the beach. Plus, the hotel restaurant is super affordable and serves an amazing banana shake! A special thanks to the front desk team, especially Wiwi and Neung. They truly went above and beyond with everything I needed, from island recommendations and room service to laundry, early check-in, and even packing a breakfast box for my early airport transfer. Because of the phenomenal service, welcoming atmosphere, and fantastic value for money, I ended up extending my stay and spending even more time on this beautiful island. I really hope to visit Koh Samui again soon, and when I do, I will definitely stay here again. Huge thanks to Wiwi, Neung, and the entire team!
