My boyfriend and I have just returned from a 16 day trip travelling around Corsica by moto and E Cime was one of only two places we spontaneously decided to extend our stay from 1 to 2 nights. We really loved it here! The couple running it are warm and helpful, our room was spacious and clean with an amazing Mountain View from our balcony, the dinners were filling and wholesome and the breakfasts delicious - especially when eaten sitting in the morning sunshine on E Cime’s incredible terrace. The Asco Valley is a gorgeous place to spend time and the drive to Monte Cinto is 15 minutes from here (from where you can start the hardest of the 3 routes to climb it). The surrounding roads, river and mountains here are stunning for driving, swimming and hiking and you really feel ‘in nature’. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in this area.
