Myself and two friends stayed at Dar Monas for four nights.  It was excellent!  The location was fantastic, nice and quiet, beautiful pool. Mona was a fabulous host, she not only does a brilliant breakfast, she was more than happy to help us with ordering cabs and restaurant recommendations.  She really went the extra mile.  I will definitely be returning to Dar Monas

We were sleeping in the little studio with huge terrace. Very nice room, clean and totally stylish decorated. Amazing swimming pool and in very quiet surrounding. The host mona was super friendly and helpful. She found us a nice place to eat for dinner. And breakfast was served on our terrace in the morning. It was around 35degrees, so even the air conditioning had it difficult, but we had an amazing experience and would have loved to stay a bit longer. One night there was just to short.

We have just returned from a family wedding in Uchaux and we stayed for four nights at this lovely boutique B and B.  Monique is a very welcoming host and wants to make your stay as
enjoyable as possible.  Everything she does is stylish and her home reflects this in spades.
Our children arrived a couple of days later and she could not do enough to make us all feel
very much at home.  Her breakfasts are just delightful, she sets them out all very beautifully in
the morning.  I thoroughly recommend this place.  Bedrooms are small but very comfortable, nice bedding and good matress which is very important to me.  She also recommend a very nice restaurant in Uchaux called Le Cote Sud which was really lovely and I am a very fussy eater and I can assure you that it was a very well prepared and executed meal.  A great little place and one which we shall definately return to.  Well done Monique and Dar Mona.

We stayed one night at Dar Mona on our way through to Spain. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa as there were 5 of us. Dar Mona is set away from town up in the hills and is just a lovely property. The gardening was spectacular with lavender and olive trees. The pool area was a nice place to relax after our journey and Mona, the hostess, was kind enough to bring us teas and beers to welcome us. The villa was very clean and well furnished for the most part. However, be aware that although it states there are 2 bathrooms, there is only 1 toilet. And technically, there is only one shower since the other is a tub with a detachable shower head, but no shower curtain. Also, the only paper product provided in the villa was toilet paper. We had no napkins or tissues, which was tricky with breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable and we all had a lovely, quiet night's sleep before getting back on the road again. Breakfast was warm croissants and bread with butter and jam, yogurts, milk and juice. Perfect! We will return!

My wife and I stayed in Le gîte de César with my 2 and 4 year old for 2 weeks.
My brother, wife and 2 year old stayed in the pool side appartment.
Both looked good inside and had air conditioning.  The gîte was very large with 2 bedrooms each with a shower/bath. However considering the size of the gîte the kitchen was quite small with limited worktops and empty cupboards. Another detail that was disappointing was the curtains that were thin and not lined letting the morning light in early.
The pool appartment was small but had a good large terrace with BBQ.
The swimming pool and loungers were very nice but it had concrete finish that was a little rough and I got a couple of grazes.
There was free wifi however after a few days Mona took away the router but never bought it back meaning that I had to go outside at night if I wanted to check emails.
In addition I pointed out some of the light bulbs had blown. Mona showed me where there spares were but I need a screwdriver to replace some of them and just lived with it.
A big issue we had was Dar Mona is not very good for toddlers:
*garden around the pool has various potted cacti that the kids of coarse end up touching (pass me the tweezers). 
*pool was not fenced off so we had to keep our eyes on the kids constantly. 
*garden and buildings are arranged on a hill with only large rustic stone steps
*limited green space to run around.
*mezzanine of gîte cesar is not safe for small kids as the stair banister has spaces large enough for kids to fall through. (3 single beds would suite teenagers or friends)
On the plus side Mona did have a travel cot available for us to use and the kids loved her dog.

All in all a very nice place to explore nearby Rhone, Ardeche and Drome. Not great for toddlers.
Original decoration but let down by small things (kitchen cupboards, wifi not working, light bulbs and thin curtains). Mona herself was a very nice friendly woman.
