Hôtel La Coudraie 

The hotel is well signposted and in a little village a few miles from Quimper. It's an ideal basis for trips around Finistere and beyond. The grounds are beautiful with a well kept garden. Parking places free and always available. Very friendly people welcoming us and happy to adjust to our very poor French. The room was not big and quite simple but it was clean and pleasant. Bathroom was quite spacious and had a shower and bath. Windows could be opened. Bed was comfortable and no noise at night so good sleeping. Breakfast was heavenly, really about the best breakfast I ever had. Fresh products partly made by the owners and brought in from the bakery. Very good price considering the quality of the breakfast. Easy way to get into the hotel at night or when the owners were not around. They were so friendly, giving advice on trips and speaking about their hobby of motor biking. This is a place that's special for people on the motor bike. There's even a special guestbook for them. By the way do go to the boulangerie in Pluggufan as they are particularly good even compared to other good boulangeries. It's just around the corner fro the hotel. I cannot recommend this place enough and will make a big effort to try and stay here again. We really had a lovely time and this was in a great part due to the extremely generous, friendly and hardworking owners who thought about every detail to make our stay perfect. Excellent!
