Hotel NH München Ost Conference Center 

I had not visited this hotel before and booked it for a business group attending a large Congress at the end of August. We had approx 80 rooms in the hotel for 4 to 5 nights. The hotel is very accessible to the Congress centre with a bus stop right outside the hotel. One stop to the Congress centre and less than 10 mins. The hotel is light and airy. Although there is not a lot around the hotel as it’s in a business and residential area it is still conveniently located close to the train station that can take you into Munich city quite quickly. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance. Reception and restaurant are spacious and food is good. Limited menu on some nights. The meeting space is excellent with well placed with large well equipped meeting rooms. All located on the ground floor with big foyers outside for F&B. Sound proof bedrooms are spacious with hair dryer and irons. Although a bit warm and air con was hard to operate. Some have walk in showers others have baths . The thing that stood out most were the staff who all were very helpful and polite. A very special thanks go to Dirk the sales Manager who ran out meetings superbly and tirelessly. He seriously did not stop the whole week we were there. Reacted very quickly to changes and requests. Could not fault him and his staff. Thanks to Andrea on the reception who handled rooming changes quickly and was super helpful. Chef who came up trumps with extra food orders at late notice. Huge thanks to them all. Great value for money even though it was in peak Congress time. Would highly recommend for business.
