Haus Nova am Bollerberg 

It is a complex of houses with several apartments in each. All of them as clean as bell (shoes are not allowed inside the entrance to apartments), in good condition, equipped with practically everything families may need for a self-catering holiday. There's some folkish furniture in each apartment, very nice. Very quiet neighbourhood in the little village of Hesborn ab. half an hour's drive from Winterberg, the popular skiing resort. Very nice and helpful owners, speak Dutch as well as German (I haven't tried English but at least one of them can speak it, I guess) but don't keep looking at what you do while you are there, they're approachable by phone. As it was winter when we were there, we couldn't use the garden and no balcony in our relatively small quarters, but what others say about these must be true. We felt really good there, thank you.
