we were a family of 10, 92yr old mother, 9 of her children plus our guide. When we arrived they did not have our reservation for 2 triples, 2 doubles and 1 single, even though it had been confirmed online. We were finally placed in rooms, only to be told they all had to change due to a larger reservation arriving the following day and staying longer then we were. My dbl had not been cleaned when they previewed it to us. Was all very taxing and inconvenient. Food was good at dinner and the breakfast bar. Thankfully we had relief due to Nick, at the bar!
