Enjoyable stay overall, pleasant setting in the woods and very nice personnel. Some things that were not as great: 1. Location is far removed from nearest towns and any sort of facilities like restaurants or shops. The only bus stop is a 15-Minute walk away, buses run ONCE AN HOUR (none of this is an issue if you’re traveling by car, which we weren’t).2. The pillows are 100% flat and provide zero head support. This is a running theme in Germany for some reason. 3. The included breakfast was a great touch, and very necessary since there is nowhere else around to have it. However, some of the cut up fruit and vegetables looked like they’ve been reused from day(s) before, which didn’t exactly stimulate the appetite.
