The food is lovely. Family run. Great ambience outside on the terrace. Comfortable beds. Only 20 minutes from Kiel and the ferries to the Northern countries of Europe. Preetz has immense history itself. Seeing the churches is a must.

Just like you can see at the pictures, that is how the hotel looks. Is an old hotel but the service is great. Very close to a "subway" station, the bar is good, the beds are not bad. The only problem, at least in my room wich was on the back, i didn't have internet. But i went to the bat drank a beer and problem solved. The sell you the tickets for the s-ban, u-ban and tram (subaway and tren that operates in the city). The breakfast is not included but it is worth it. If you want a good place, safe, clean and not expensive this is your place.

You feel welcome the minute, you walk through the front door. There are different categories of rooms from standard to luxury, although the hotel is quite small :-). There are several lounges where you help yourself to coffee or tea, while you study the library or the photographic exhibition. There is also a self-service bar, nobody forgets to pay. Free wifi on the ground floor. The breakfast is excellent and homemade, and the eggs are cooked to your choice. There is only one drawback - it's often fully booked.

We stayed there on our way back to Denmark and were really glad to have chosen Hotel Hahn, starting with the warm welcome when we arrived. It is understated luxury, muted tones, big rooms that are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, everywhere a keen attention to detail, from the quality tea available in the cosy lounge area to the excellence of the breakfast ingredients. Easy walking distance to the seafront too, and parking in front of the hotel.

Small cozy hotel with good staff. Rooms are newly renovated and have high standard with an exclusive feeling. Breakfast is great. Its also located next to the walking street, with good shopping and nice restaurants. Recommended.

A marvelous little hotel with friendly service from the family Hahn. I stayed there three times over three years and will go back soon just to experience their unbelievable commitment to excellent customer service in a setting which is the most elegantly simple one can imagine.
