Fantastic
This very well kept hotel and apartment complex serves the country area to the north east of Bayreuth within the Fichtelgebirge. It provides accommodation for summer season activities, the Bayreuth festival and winter season sports. There is plenty of space whether you book an individual room or an apartment suite that can accommodate 4 or more people. All rooms are very tastefully furnished and all common areas are very tidy and clean. The beds are large and comfortable and there is a traditional German buffet style breakfast spread. The hotel does not run a shuttle service to the festival, but the drive there only takes 30 minutes and taxis are readily available. The host and hostess make all feel very much at home and do everything to make the stay in the area as pleasant as possible.
